From computer and server maintenance to network configuration and corporate security, PM&A’s technical and support team has you covered. We offer a complete support and maintenance package that will cater for any eventuality, which includes on-site support should you need it.
We offer a fixed-fee support and maintenance package that will enable you to budget accurately for IT expenses. This package includes proactive maintenance, and for an SME would typically include:
- IT support from 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday
- 2 hours of telephonic and remote support per month
- 1 hour of on-site support per month
- weekly checks of security-related software
- weekly checks of backups
- maintenance of MS Windows operating systems at workstations 4 times a year
In addition, we guarantee a response time of less than two hours for critical problems, such as server failure or similar issues that seriously affect productivity. Remote access tools would normally permit us to access our clients’ server(s) within minutes, so most issues will be resolved quickly and without a visit to your premises.
We also offer ad hoc support at R650 ex VAT per hour. (Note: clients with fixed-term support and maintenance agreements’ support requests are given priority over ad hoc clients and we do not proactively monitor and maintain an ad hoc clients’ network and computers.)
